Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt.
Please inspect the package when it is delivered and note in writing to shipping company any outside damage to the package as "possible concealed damage". A freight claim may need to be processed with the shipping company.
If an item(s) is defective or damaged, please contact U.S. Guitar Kits within 7 days to report defect/damage. Provide a digital picture of the defect/damage and we will provide a replacement at no charge.
Items may be returned to us within 2 weeks of receiving (for exchange or refund), for any reason. Please contact us to let us know & we will provide instruction for processing a return. Shipping costs and a processing fee of 5% of the sale will apply to all returns.
Items returned after 2 weeks must be in saleable condition. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee on all returned items after 2 weeks from delivery and all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
