Thanks for the follow-up. The guitars arrived on Saturday, immaculately protected and secure. We unboxed them to find excellent quality cases. Finally, we opened the cases to get the real treasure: two beautiful guitars. They were stunning, and my boys (10 and 12) were so happy to get their hands on them. I tuned them up over the next few hours as they equilibriated, and they kept sounding better each time I would tune them. I am thrilled with the purchase, and feel like my boys have wonderful instruments to learn on. For the price, I do not believe one can get a better guitar. It may be the best value of any product available, guitar or other. I don't mean to gush so much, but it is rare to be so pleased with a purchase, and I am very happy with these guitars.
